How can I start a return?

To start your return, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your order number, email address and shipping zip code. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the order being received.


What items are eligible for return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed and still include original tags. We do not accept returns for any item that states "No Returns" on the description page. Perishable goods such as coffee cannot be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.


You will receive an estimated cost of return shipping at the time of submitting your return request. If accepted, you will be provided with a prepaid return label which will be deducted from the final refund amount.


If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product, we apologize! Please contact us at [email protected], and we will help arrange a replacement.


We do not currently accept returns for international orders, so please keep this in mind if you are shopping outside of the US.


How will my refund be processed?

Refunds will be submitted upon receipt of merchandise in new condition; please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on normal processing times for your payment method.


Do you accept exchanges?
